How you'll make an impact in this role

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate patients psychosocial status, clinical needs, and risk factors upon admission.

• Formulate accurate clinical diagnoses utilizing advanced clinical knowledge and standardized diagnostic criteria.

• Develop, implement, and update individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Provide high-quality clinical interventions, including individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy as applicable.

• Partner actively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive, holistic patient care.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
  • Clinical Counselor obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Counselor obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Psychologist credentialed from the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Social Worker credentialed from the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Therapist credentialed from the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Master's degree required.
