Rancho Family Medical Group | Full-Time, Salaried | Hybrid Role

Join a Behavioral Health Program on the Rise

Rancho Family Medical Group is growing its Behavioral Health Program, and client demand is outpacing our current team. We're looking for licensed therapists who genuinely care — about their clients, our team, and Rancho Family Medical Group — so that together, we can support one another and the community we're proud to serve. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum commitment of 1–2 days per week seeing clients in person in our clinics located in Riverside County/Inland Empire.

Rancho Family Medical Group / Rancho Therapy has served Southern California for years as a trusted, well-established provider of Primary Care, Pediatrics, Women's Health/OB-GYN, and Urgent Care. Our Behavioral Health Program extends that same whole-person, patient-centered philosophy into mental health care — and we need great clinicians to help it keep growing.

Why Therapists Choose Rancho

  • Pay that protects you. A $75,000 base salary is guaranteed — a stable foundation, not just a target. From there, service delivery pay scales up with your session volume: hit the expected 25-session/week average and total pay rises to $120,000, or go above it and earn up to $135,000.
  • A company that actively guards against burnout. We built this role around sustainable caseloads and dependable pay specifically so our providers can do this work for the long haul, not just survive a busy season.
  • Hours that flex around your life. Beyond your 1–2 in-person days, build the rest of your schedule around what works for you while hitting your caseload target.
  • A caseload matched to you. We treat children, teens, and adults — individually, as couples, or families — and you get a say in who's on your caseload. i.e. Not a fit for couples or family work? We'll schedule you with individuals instead.
  • A steady caseload, handed to you. A consistent stream of client referrals means you spend your time providing care, not chasing leads.
  • A program still taking shape. As a growing program with strong client demand, there's real opportunity to help shape how behavioral health is delivered here — not just fill a seat.
  • A team, not just a job. Weekly meetings for case consultation, peer connection, and staying looped in — plus a culture that genuinely supports clinician well being.

What You'll Do

  • Average 25 client therapy sessions per week to individuals, couples and/or families through a mix of secure telehealth and in-person sessions, with a minimum of 1–2 days per week on-site.
  • Be available for up to 5 hours of admin time weekly (attend mandatory 1-hr weekly staff meeting, participate in case consultation, case management, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that meets organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the behavioral health team and primary care providers on shared care planning, treatment goals, and clinical insights to support integrated, whole-person care.

What is Required?

License & Education

  • Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent — eligible to practice independently, free of disciplinary history.
  • Master's degree in a clinical field (MFT, MSW, MC, MMHC, or equivalent).

Experience & Skills

  • Experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, DBT, or EMDR with a commitment to measurement-based care.
  • Comfortable providing therapy via virtual platforms and maintaining thorough electronic records.
  • Skilled in risk assessment and crisis intervention.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Authorization

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-time, salaried W2 position.
  • Salary: $75,000 guaranteed annual base, plus service delivery pay that scales with your session volume. Expected annual earnings of $120,000 at the 25-session/week average - up to $135,000 for providers who want to go above that average.
  • Caseload: Average 25 client sessions weekly — with the flexibility to build your own schedule around that target. To help you consistently land at 25, we ask providers to post 28 hours of availability.
  • Hybrid model: Minimum of 1–2 days per week in person at one of our clinics, with telehealth for the remainder.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match.
  • Time off: Four weeks per year (three personal, one sick) PLUS 8 paid company holidays.
