General Purpose:

The Integrated Behavioral Health Director serves as the leader of the Behavioral Health Department to set the strategy, priorities, and daily work of the team. The IBHD supports the team daily by managing the integrated behavioral health workflows, processes and quality metrics and mentoring team members towards the success and evolution of integrated behavioral health visits in the primary care and dental clinics at Mountain Family Health Centers. This leader also serves as a liaison between the many and varied community organizations and partners of MFHC by communicating and collaborating on grants, projects and integration across the community we serve.


Job Qualifications: 

  1. Behavioral Health Licensure for the State of Colorado or license eligible.
  2. Master’s degree in degree in behavioral health related field required.
  3. Previous experience or training which could include integrated care or specialty behavioral health services.
  4. Previous experience in management and clinical supervision of Behavioral Health Providers preferred.


Salary: $105,199-$116,888 annually; DOQ
