What You’ll Do

This role provides psychotherapy and substance use disorder (SUD) counseling as part of our integrated Behavioral Health team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
  • Complete mental health and AODA assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans
  • Determine SUD treatment needs using ASAM criteria
  • Facilitate individual and group SUD counseling sessions
  • Coordinate care with primary care, MAT prescribers, county agencies, and community partners
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR (EPIC)
  • Participate in team meetings, case staffing, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and recovery options
  • Conduct outreach activities and rotate in an on-call schedule
  • Work may occur in clinic, office, telehealth, and community settings, with some local travel required.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • WI licensure or eligibility within 6 months (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Competency in assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and treatment planning
  • Experience working with mental health and substance use concerns
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and trauma-informed care skills
  • Valid WI Driver’s License
  • BLS Certification
  • EMR and MS Office proficiency

 Preferred

  • One or more years of relevant clinical experience
