Greystone Programs, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Behavior Specialist to join our behavior supports team. In this role, you'll design and implement individualized behavior support plans that help the people we support thrive, while mentoring and training the direct support staff who work alongside them every day.

What You'll Do


Conduct behavioral assessments and observations in home, school, and community settings
Develop, write, and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) grounded in positive, least-restrictive approaches
Analyze behavioral data to identify trends and refine treatment strategies
Train and mentor direct support staff 
Write and review semi-annual/quarterly psychological reviews and behavioral assessments
Serve as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (ITT), collaborating with families, psychiatric/psychological consultants, and internal committees 
Ensure all interventions comply with OPWDD regulations
Provide crisis intervention support

QualificationsWe're seeking


Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling + 1 year of supervised experience in a residential/community setting with individuals with I/DD; OR Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of related behavioral management experience with individuals with I/DD
Working knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and best practices in the I/DD field
Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office an Electronic Health Record systems
Valid driver's license
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
