 What You’ll Do:  

• Maintain a caseload of 28 active clients, providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.  
• Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.  
• Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.  
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.  
• Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.  

What You’ll Need:  

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.  
• Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.  
• Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.  
• A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure.

Rates:

Up to $38-$44; increase in semi-annual and annual per evaluation

Work Set-up:

Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
