Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
OR
Tuesday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant to Director to provide high-quality clinical services to individuals and families. The  Assistant to Director provides leadership and consultation to a multidisciplinary team while ensuring clinical compliance, meeting productivity standards, and collaborating across programs to maintain high-quality service delivery. .

Responsibilities

• Monitor electronic mental health records for accuracy, completion, and timeliness.
• Follow supervisory directives and comply with agency guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure documentation and service standards are met.
• Consult regularly with the Director on service delivery and intervention quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
• Active Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW) required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Community mental health experience 
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
