Salary Range

Base Salary: $75,630.56 – $87,572.23/annually

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Canvas Health's mental health and substance use disorder providers, clinicians, and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Position Summary

This position provides direct comprehensive assessment and psychotherapy services as well as clinical and administrative supervision to practitioners for psychosocial skill building to adults with serious mental illnesses or serious and persistent mental

illnesses. Supervision of services include skill building, collaboration with other care providers, and client advocacy. It is collaborative in nature and requires working closely with Community Services, Court Services, private providers, outside resources and programs at Canvas Health. Position may also supervise Peer Specialists.

Remote – North Branch, MN or Coon Rapids, MN

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5pm

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in social work, family therapy, or psychology required.
  • MN licensed mental health professional (e.g., LPCC, LP, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) with emphasis on clinical practice and eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities required.
  • Ability to become a Qualified Supervisor.
  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in social work, family therapy, or psychology required.
  • MN licensed mental health professional (e.g., LPCC, LP, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) with emphasis on clinical practice and eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities required.
  • Experience as an ARMHS worker.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Prior experience supervising in home.
  • Prior ARMHS supervisor experience.
  • Experience with electronic health records.
