$10,000 Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 paid within the first month of employment and $5,000 paid at six months.
This is a fully in-person position. No hybrid or remote work options are available.
Employees in this role participate in a structured on-call rotation and must remain accessible for urgent operational needs.
Telecare is seeking an experienced licensed behavioral health leader to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of Fern Lodge Evaluation & Treatment Center #270 in Stanwood, Washington. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity responsible for driving outcomes across Telecare’s Four Pillars of Performance: Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security.
The Administrator serves as the operational leader of the program, overseeing day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, quality improvement initiatives, and partnership with State and County stakeholders. This role works closely with corporate departments, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, recovery-centered care.
Applicants must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Services or a related behavioral health field
Current Washington State independent clinical license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
Minimum four (4) years of administrative management experience in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare setting
Minimum two (2) years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing oversight
Strong understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and Recovery Model principles
Ability to lead clinical and operational teams in a fast-paced behavioral health environment
Valid and current driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
Willingness to use your personal vehicle for business-related meetings and travel, with mileage reimbursement at the applicable IRS rate
Must live within reasonable commuting distance of the facility
Participation in the Administrator on-call rotation for evenings and weekends is required
Fern Lodge is a secure Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) program located in Stanwood, Washington, serving adults experiencing acute behavioral health crises who require short-term psychiatric stabilization and treatment in a safe, recovery-focused environment.

Located north of Seattle, Fern Lodge serves individuals throughout Snohomish County and surrounding communities through county referral processes and behavioral health system partnerships.
The program provides:
Acute psychiatric stabilization services
Recovery-centered, trauma-informed care
Multidisciplinary behavioral health treatment
24-hour support from nursing, clinical, peer, and behavioral health professionals
Coordination with hospitals, crisis responders, and community providers
Support focused on stabilization, discharge planning, and community reintegration
Services are delivered using Telecare’s Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS), which incorporates trauma-informed and evidence-based practices while emphasizing choice, harm reduction, independence, and “no-force first” approaches to care.
The Administrator is responsible for leadership and performance across Telecare’s operational framework:

Manage program operations within established budgetary parameters and participate in fiscal planning
Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Provide clinical supervision when requested and appropriate within licensure requirements
Expected starting salary: $134,060 – $165,500 annually
Maximum salary range up to $197,074.99 annually
Starting compensation is based on relevant experience, qualifications, and applicable geographic differentials.
Eligible external candidates will receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments:
$5,000 within the first month of employment
$5,000 at six months of employment
Internal applicants and applicants who have been employed by Telecare within the previous 12 months are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Flexibility is required based on operational needs, including nights and weekends as necessary and participation in the Administrator on-call rotation.
