We are seeking an Access Center Clinician OR BSW. This position provides crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referral services for both adults and children. Activities may take place in a variety of settings and via face-to-face contact or telehealth (video or telephonic).
This position is full-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, with occasional weekends, holidays and participation in an on-call rotation. This assignment is in-person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.
